1. Account Creation and User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Quiz Participation
- One-Time Quiz Participation: Each user is allowed to participate in the quiz only once. Once you have completed the quiz, your results and certificate will be provided.
- Resume Quiz: If you leave the quiz before completion, you may resume it from where you left off.
3. Account Deletion
Your account will be automatically deleted 24 hours after completing the quiz. Once deleted, your personal information, except for certain quiz-related data, will no longer be accessible through your account.
4. Data Retention
Certain data, including your Certification ID, name, age, address, Fable Test Time, and word count, will be retained in our system even after account deletion. This data is stored for verification and certification purposes.
5. User Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or request the deletion of your personal information, in accordance with applicable laws. However, please note that some data may remain in our system due to legal or certification requirements.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any activities that may disrupt, damage, or interfere with the functioning of our platform or the services we provide. This includes, but is not limited to, hacking, data scraping, and using automated means to access our systems.
7. Limitation of Liability
Poormartinsfables.org is not responsible for any errors, losses, or damages arising from the use of our platform, including issues related to data loss, account deletion, or quiz results. Your use of our services is at your own risk.
